A prolific composer\, Laubrock was named a “true visionary” by pianist Jason Moran\, and a “fully committed saxophonist and visionary” by The New Yorker. Grammy Season consists of New York City based musicians who have all made a huge impact as composers\, performers and improvisers in their own right.
