Mark Kaplan Quartet At Best Video Video Film And Cultural Center

On Friday, January 27th, from 7 – 9 p.m., The Mark Kaplan Quartet will be playing at Best Video Film and Cultural Center at 1842 Whitney Avenue in Hamden, Ct. We are a classic “straight ahead” quartet, playing the compositions of Charlie Parker, Duke Ellington, Sonny Rollins, Wes Montgomery, Horace Silver and other greats. Mark will be backed by the stellar rhythm section of Martin Carter, piano; Esdras Lubin, bass; and John Rispoli, drums. Best Video is an intimate setting with great acoustics and offers wine, beer and snacks. There is a modest cover charge of $10.
