Sambeleza

The 2nd of a 3-concert jazz series (2^nd Sundays each month) begins at The Whitney Center, 200 Leeder Hill Rd., Hamden, in their spacious (air-conditioned) auditorium.  Free and open to the public.

• On Sunday, July 13^th, the reunion of the “Original” Sambeleza, featuring Isabella Mendes on piano & vocals, bassist Jeff Fuller, guitarist Joe Carter and drummer Ben Bilello in a great program of Brazilian music – bossa novas and sambas.
