FreeTuesday, September 9, Jazz bassist David Chevan will be celebrating his 65th birthday at Café Nine as the featured artist. Music is from 7-10 pm. On the gig with David will be Will Bartlett, Warren Byrd, Alvin Carter and Saskia Laroo, David will be playing his original compositions, arrangements and transcriptions from 7-8 pm followed by a jam session from 8-10 pm. Please come celebrate the completion of David’s 65th revolution around the sun by listening to the music and then playing with him during the jam session.
