Celebrate 85 years of Jesse Hameen II. Join us March 20, 7–9 PM for a joyful evening of jazz as we celebrate 85 remarkable years of Jesse Hameen II— musician, mentor, and beloved community treasure. This will be a special birthday concert honoring and featuring legendary drummer, mentor, and New Haven treasure Jesse Hameen II. Jesse has been a long time member of the Board of Directors of Jazz Haven.

This event is pay-what-you-can at the door*, and all proceeds directly support our Summer Jazz Program, helping young musicians grow, collaborate, and carry the music forward.
