THE MARK KAPLAN JAZZ QUARTET AT GOLF COVE THIS THURSDAY!
The Mark Kaplan Jazz Quartet will bring its special brand of straight-ahead jazz to Golf Cove (336 State Street, North Haven) this Thursday, October 23rd, from 7 – 9 p.m. We are: Mark Kaplan, tenor sax and (mercifully brief!) vocals; Martin Carter, piano; David Chevan, bass; and John Rispoli, drums. Golf Cove is a comfortable, informal venue with a nice menu and bar, plenty of parking, and no cover! Great jazz, you’re out the door at 9 — how can you NOT come?

C’mon down for a great evening of jazz on Thursday, June 19th!   Mark’s stellar rhythm section of Martin Carter, piano, and John Rispoli, drums, will be rounded out by our good friend and monster player, David Chevan, on bass … and, of course, Mark on the tenor saxophone.

The Mark Kaplan Jazz Quartet is one of New England’s premier straight-ahead ensembles! We are: Mark Kaplan, tenor sax; Martin Carter, piano; Adam Anderson, bass; and John Rispoli, drums. Golf Cove is located at 336 State Street in North Haven, CT. It has a nice menu and bar, with plenty of parking and no cover.
